Public Content At the request of OCSD VRM, Dustin Keith, CACI NSS is providing this Change Order to add ClassLink as an additional element of cost under the COTS requirement in the IT Seat Management Contract. ClassLink utilizes single sign-on technology so that students can access OCSD digital learning resources without having to use multiple login names and passwords. The below pricing reflects a two (2) year subscription for ClassLink. The subscription will need to be renewed in two year increments in order to maintain this pricing. • ClassLink Total: $212,062.76 ($8,835.95 monthly total for 24 months) • Current Contract Rate for COTS: $6,800.33 • New COTS Monthly Total: $12,968.56 The current contract rate for COTS is $6,800.33 and is an estimate that was negotiated based on the prior contract actuals. Based on the VRM recent request to add ClassLink to COTS we are requesting a contract modification to adjust this line item from $6,800.33 to $12,968.56.
