The Benefits Oversight Group voted unanimously to recommend to the Superintendent a renewal to the AllyHealth employee benefits
program. AllyHealth provides an online platform that delivers a Mental Health, Telemedicine and Employee Assistance Program to all
Okaloosa County School District employees and their family members:
Virtual mental health - includes 10 free therapy sessions per year with a MH professional (including psychiatrists), 24/7 access
and continued long-term care (over 10) at $90/session
Telemedicine - includes 24/7 access to board certified doctors, unlimited use with $0 co-pays or fees and RX's called in to local
pharmacy
Integrated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - includes legal and financial consultation and referral services, provides
assistance with locating child and elder care services and life/career coaching
Health and Wellness Coaching - connects employees with certified wellness coaches to assist with achieving wellness goals,

These benefits will be extended to all employees - not just those that are eligible for benefits - and their dependents leading to greater
