Public Content The District is required by law to advertise in a newspaper of general paid circulation in the county or in a geographically limited insert of such newspaper, notice of its intent to tentatively adopt a millage rate and budget. The size, format, and placement of the advertisements are specified in the Truth-In-Millage (TRIM) guidelines and must not be modified. The advertisements will be in the Northwest Florida Daily News on Friday, July 22, 2016. A public hearing to tentatively adopt a millage rate and budget must be held not less than 2 days or more than 5 days after the day that the advertisement is first published. Accordingly, the public hearing to tentatively adopt the millage rate and the budget is scheduled for Monday, July 25, 2016.
