RESOLUTION NO. _12-86 WHEREAS, Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Department has vacant warehouse available for lease within 2 owned buildings located on Oddfellow Road Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547, and WHEREAS, Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Department has advertised space in the warehouse on prior occasions to establish a fair rental amount, and WHEREAS, Vacancies in these spaces occur from time to time, and through word of mouth by existing tenants, new prospective renters are introduced to Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Staff. In this case Skyetech LLC a local handyman business expressed an interest in unit 1310E containing 1,200 square feet of warehouse space, and WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 255.25 Florida Statutes, Okaloosa County Water and Sewer has entered into a lease agreement with Skyetech LLC ~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners approves the entering into a lease agreement for warehouse space between the Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Department and Skyetech LLC .This space is located at 1310E Oddfellow Rd., Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547.
