to Cloud Migration, in the amount of
$177,725.55.
Public Content
This is an 18 month project to migrate the MailMeter Email Archive from its current location to the Microsoft Online Exchange
system. This is a cost savings option of moving our email to a cloud based system and will save costs over time. It works in conjunction
with CACI Change Order 12. The length of time required is necessary to ensure the emails that we're obligated to protect by law are
transferred accurately. This will eliminate MailMeter from a cost to the district and replace it with a tool we're acquiring as a part of
Change order 12 at the end of the project.
For additional information, please contact Dustin Keith, 689-7151.

Change Order 12.
Public Content
Change order 12 is where CACI, through Telaforce, will convert the majority of our physical onsite servers and migrate them to cloud
based services. This shifts the costs from hardware based leases to individual user support. That transition will ultimately decrease the
cost of Seat Management. This is a multi year transition that will increase the availability of resources to employees, streamline the tools
used to manage our user accounts, and eliminate costs based on hardware and hardware resources (electricity, maintenance, and
backup resources). By using the Microsoft A3 agreement (Also on this Agenda) we will be able to take advantage of their email
management system that increases the resource for the district to manage both employee and student email (including email retention),
Office tools, and document storage. There's an attached presentation that will explain this in more detail.
This is a multiyear project designed to eliminate servers for cloud based options as those servers come up for refresh. This is designed
to gradually transition services on a per school bases allowing for a gradual school based transition over the course of the migration.
*This is an estimated annual bill increase based on a projected bill while services are being deployed. After initial deployment costs to
Seat Management are expected to decrease.
